Illustration permeates my entire creativity; since childhood, I have been captivated by the pictures from the books my grandmother read to me! A magical world that I want to return to every day! Visual simplification and abstraction, the stylization of the external world through the fairy-tale lens of the soul. A romantic view of the world and the fairy-tale nature of the plots fills and inspires me every day.

 

The love for experimentation has been present since childhood; various techniques and materials always yield interesting results and unexpected compositions: watercolor, gouache, appliqué, silk screen printing, linocut, risography, ink, pastel, wood engraving, mosaic, etching, carving, clay, markers, embroidery, paper cutting, pyrography, and photo collage. Each technique, like a separate game, dictates form and composition, providing a certain space for free creativity… Some ideas have been put into practice and successfully realized in life, while others remain in concepts, but these illustrations will surely transport you to my enchanting fairy-tale world…
